These incense stones are made from stoneware with a light ilmenite grog, giving the clay a subtle texture and weight. They are finished in a range of glazes, with natural variation across the surface from firing. The collection includes flatter round forms, pebble shapes, and small mound forms, each pierced to hold an incense stick securely. Solid and well balanced, they sit firmly on a surface and feel good in the hand when moved or repositioned. Suitable for everyday incense use or as small sculptural objects when not in use.
