Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped from Ocean Grove, Victoria via Australia Post.
- Standard Post (Australia): $15.00 (2–8 business days)
- Free local pick up (Ocean Grove) select ‘local pickup’ in cart.
- Express Post (Australia): $23.00 (1–4 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping (Australia): Orders over $180.00 (2–8 business days)
- International Standard Shipping $35.00 AUD (up to 10 business days)
Orders are packed and shipped as promptly as possible — usually on the same or next business day.
During busier periods, please allow up to 2–3 business days for dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

If there are any planned delays (e.g. studio closure or leave), a notice will be displayed in the website banner with updated shipping timeframes.
Shipping times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to postal service delays.
Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post.
Free Local Pickup (Ocean Grove)
-Select Local Pickup at checkout if you would like to collect your order.
-After placing your order, I will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and provide the pickup address (Ocean Grove).
-Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available via Australia Post Standard Tracked Service.
- Flat rate: $35.00 AUD
- Delivery timeframe: up to 10 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).
Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes charged upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully — all pieces are handmade, and slight variations are part of their unique character.
If your item arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it.
I do not cover the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the item at their own cost.
Important
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
